Organization
Manage your CostLens workspace — org name, SSO domain, and organization settings.
The Organization page shows your company's CostLens workspace settings. All users in your org share the same AWS accounts, recommendations, and billing data. Any user can view organization details — only Admins can edit them.
What you can see
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Members | Total number of active users in your organization |
| AWS Accounts | Number of connected AWS accounts |
| Created | When the organization was first set up |
| SSO Domain | The email domain used for automatic SSO sign-in |
Updating the Organization Name
Go to Organization
Select Organization in the sidebar.
Click Edit
Hover over the Organization Name field — an Edit button appears on the right.
Save the new name
Type the new name, then press Enter or click the ✓ button. Press Escape or click ✕ to cancel.
Managing the SSO Domain
The SSO domain controls which email addresses are automatically routed into your organization when users sign in via Aezona SSO. Setting the domain to acme.com means anyone signing in with an @acme.com email will automatically join your org.
Open the SSO Domain editor
Hover over the SSO Domain field and click Edit.
Enter your domain
Enter your company's email domain (e.g. acme.com). Do not include the @ symbol.
Save
Click ✓ or press Enter to save.
Domain must be unique
Each domain can only belong to one organization. If another org already claims your domain, you will see a conflict error. Contact support@aezona.com if you believe this is a mistake.
The first user to sign in with a given email domain automatically becomes the Admin of a new organization for that domain. Subsequent users with the same domain join that org automatically.
Organization ID
The Organization ID is a unique identifier for your org in CostLens. It is read-only and used internally. You may need it when contacting support. Click the ID field to copy it.
