Switching Workspaces
Move between your Personal account and any organization you belong to.
If you belong to one or more organizations — whether you created them or were invited — you have a workspace switcher for moving between them and your Personal account. Your active workspace decides which support cases you see and who you're acting as when you invite teammates or change roles.
Using the switcher
Find the switcher
Look for it near the top of the page wherever your account is shown — it lists Personal plus every organization you're a member of.
Pick a workspace
Select Personal or an organization from the dropdown.
The page updates
You're switched immediately — no need to sign in again.
If you only have a Personal account and don't belong to any organization, you won't see a switcher — there's nothing to switch between yet. It appears automatically the first time you create or join one.
What changes when you switch
- Support cases: in an organization workspace, you see cases for the whole organization — not just ones you personally opened. In your Personal workspace, you see only your own.
- New cases: any case you open is tagged to whichever workspace is active when you create it.
- Team management: inviting teammates or changing roles on the Team page always acts on your currently active workspace — switch to the right organization first if you manage more than one.
Where it follows you
Your active workspace is part of your Aezona session, so it carries over automatically wherever you go next — the Support Portal, and any product you launch from Aezona (like CostLens) via single sign-on. You don't need to re-select it in each place.
CostLens works a little differently
CostLens receives your account type and active workspace as a signal when you arrive via single sign-on, but it manages its own separate organization and team membership internally — see CostLens → Organization. Switching workspaces on Aezona doesn't change your CostLens team membership.
