Sign in with a password or with GitHub, Google, Microsoft, or Apple.

All Aezona products share one sign-in at auth.aezona.com — signing in once gets you into the customer dashboard, the Support Portal, and any product you launch from there (like CostLens), with no separate login for each.

Signing in with a password

Go to the sign-in page

Enter your credentials

Type the email and password you signed up with.

You're in

You're redirected to the Support Portal, or to whichever product sent you to sign in.

Social sign-in Rolling out

Availability

Social sign-in is being rolled out provider by provider. If a button below doesn't work yet for your account, use your email and password instead in the meantime.

You can also sign in — or sign up — with an existing GitHub, Google, Microsoft, or Apple account instead of creating a new password:

Choose a provider

On the sign-in or sign-up page, click Continue with GitHub, Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Continue with Apple.

Approve access

You're taken to that provider's own sign-in page. Approve the request there — Aezona never sees your password for that provider.

You're back on Aezona

You're returned to Aezona, signed in.

What happens the first time

  • Signing in with a provider for the first time, using an email address Aezona has never seen before, creates a brand-new Personal account automatically — no separate sign-up step, no password to set.
  • Your email is considered verified immediately, since the provider already verified it.

If you already have an Aezona account with that email

If the email your provider account uses matches an existing Aezona account, Aezona will not silently sign you into it. For your protection, you'll be asked to confirm by entering that account's password once, on a Link your account screen:

This extra step exists because simply owning an email inbox isn't the same as owning the Aezona account tied to it — for example, a shared team inbox or an old forwarding rule could otherwise let someone else sign into your account. Entering your password once proves it's really you, and links the provider to your account for one-click sign-in every time after.

Once linked, that provider becomes a permanent second way to sign into the same account — nothing about your account, cases, or organization membership changes.

Apple-specific notes

  • If you use Hide My Email, Apple gives Aezona a private relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) instead of your real one. This works exactly like a normal email address for signing in and receiving account notifications.
  • Apple only shares your name the very first time you approve access for Aezona. If you'd previously approved access without a name being captured, contact support to have it corrected.
