Account Types
Personal and Organization accounts on Aezona — what they are and when to use each.
Updated September 20261 min read
Every Aezona account is one of two types, chosen when you sign up: Personal or Organization. Your account type is separate from which organizations you belong to — a Personal account can create or join an organization later without losing any account history.
Personal accounts
Built for individuals, developers, learners, and hobbyists working on their own.
- Sign up with any email address.
- Just a name, email, and password to get started — no company details required.
- Full access to your own support cases and Aezona products under your own name.
Organization accounts
Built for companies and teams that need to share access across colleagues.
- Requires a company name and a work email address — common personal-email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, etc.) aren't accepted for Organization signup, since the account is meant to represent a company.
- Automatically creates your organization and makes you its first Owner.
- Immediately ready to invite teammates into a shared workspace.
Signing up doesn't lock you in. A Personal account can create its own organization at any time from Team in the account menu — see Organizations & Teams. Nothing about your existing account, cases, or history is lost when you do.
