Aevi is an AI-powered assistant built into the Aezona platform. It understands the full Aezona product catalogue and can answer technical questions, guide you through common tasks, and escalate to a human engineer when the situation calls for it.

Aevi is available 24/7 and responds instantly — no waiting for a case to be assigned.

When Aevi escalates

Aevi recognises when a question requires human expertise and will offer to open a support case or connect you with a live engineer (on supported plans). Look for the escalation prompt:

"This looks like something our engineers should take a look at. Would you like me to open a case?"

Always honest

Aevi will not guess. If it doesn't know the answer, it says so and offers to connect you with a human.
